Alarm Types
At all watches, the alarm can be defined as vibration alarm, acoustic alarm or a combination of both.

Stop Watch
The stop watch measures the time accurately to 1/100 second. The interim time can be taken while the stop watch is still counting the overall time. It is also possible to interrupt the time counting and to restart it again.

Auto Reset Countdown Timer
The countdown timer has the function of an "egg timer". The time set is counted backwards. When it reaches zero, the alarm is released.
At the VibraLITE 3 and VibraLITE 8 models the timer is defined as an auto reset countdown timer. Once started the timer will restart automatically again until it is stopped. This function is most important for intervall training, for the conscious breathing as well as for the regular taking of water. The auto reset function can be turned off at the VibraLITE 8 models.

Hourly Alarm
All watches have an optional hourly alarm. A short alarm signals every hour on the hour.
